I GOT LOADEDJasmine 1948 - 1959 |
Peu après, il enregistre substantiellement pour le label Sittin' In de Bob Shad d'excellents morceaux de blues texans comme "Raining in my heart", "Texarkana bound", "Fat girl boogie", "Reckless lover", "I always end up blue", "Oh I got the blues", "Please tell me baby". Il propose encore quelques titres marquants comme "I got loaded", "Wasted love", "I sure do miss my baby", "P.H. blues". Dans la deuxième moitié des années 50, sa notoriété est en baisse et il travaille pour différents labels sans se fixer : Modern ("Black cat bone"), Money ("Treat me like I treat you"), X, Combo et Dart.
