HEY JODIEDelmark November 2008 |
Plusieurs titres sortent du lot : "Get you some business", "You should learn from this", "Fifty fifty", "I'm alright now", "Get that now", "Piano Texas blues". PUT IT ON MEDelmark 2010 |
Le disque s'ouvre sur deux superbes morceaux "You just using me" et "Talk baby". STILL CALLED THE BLUESDelmark October - November 2011 |
On trouve un bon équilibre entre compositions personnelles ("I gotta go", "It won't work") et reprises pertinentes ("What's good for the goose", "Still called the blues"). Co-produced by Steve Wagner and Quintus Mac Cormick with his usual musicians. We find a good balance between personal compositions ("I gotta go", "It won't work") and relevant covers ("What's good for the goose," "Still called the blues"). Nevertheless, we regret the guitar excesses of "Everybody knows about my good thing" and some other fairly flat titles. Following the recording of this album, Quintus is invited to make his first tour in Europe in 2011 (notably at the Lucerne Blues Festival). Sadly, in november 2013, Quintus experienced serious medical problems that removed him from his musical activity. |
