My best friend is gone", "Big fall", "The glory train", "Gospel blues". LIVE AT BAY CAR BLUES FESTIVALCrosscut April 2006 |
A concert captured on the stage of a french festival. The songs are generally too long but the warm atmosphere, the talent of the musicians and Sharrie's voice are enough to give a good live album. Nice finale on "Travellin'" with harmonica player Robin Rogers. |

On retient en particulier ses excellentes compositions "Jealousy", "I'm here to stay", "Gotta go thru hell", "I gotta find me a mojo", "I'm a real woman" et l'ébouriffant final "Pocono praise". OUT OF THE DARKElectro-Fi May 2010 |
Hormis une reprise de Walter "Wolfman" Washington ("Out of the dark"), tous les titres sont des compositions personnelles abouties de blues contemporain comme "Can't nobody", "City limit musicians", "Need more money", "Although I sing the blues", "Prodigal son", "Gatekeepers", "What kind of man". Son meilleur disque à ce jour.
